Our shipping costs are 4.5 €. From a shopping value of 29 € we deliver free of shipping costs. Your order will be delivered on different dates (within Germany) 1-8 business days

Your order will be delivered by DPD, or DHL. With the help of the "package tracking", you can track the time at which the package is located at which location. RETURN - STEP BY STEP
1. Preparation: Separate your return document along the dashed line in the return slip and sticker. Put the completed return slip in the package.
2. Packing: Stick the return label on your package over the old shipping label and securely lock the package.
3. Shipping: You can deliver your package at all DHL parcel shops. It is best to keep your return receipt until you have received the confirmation email from us.
4. Refund: As soon as your package has arrived, processing and repayment can take up to 14 days. If the purchase amount has not been reimbursed after 14 days, please contact us. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. For goods that can not be returned by post due to their nature, these are 4.9 EUR.
