How to do it

 

Cook the chicken legs with the bay leaves and a cut onion for approx. 40 minutes.

Skinned the cooked chicken drumsticks and chopped them into medium-sized pieces.

 

Peel tomatoes and onions and cut very finely.

Fry the onion in the butter until translucent. Add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Then add the rice and stir well. Add twice the amount of water, including at least two cups of the poultry stock, and over the low heat for about 20-30 minutes. Simmer. Then serve the rice with the chopped chicken on a plate and garnish with roasted nuts.

Instead of cooking the chicken, you can sear the chicken pieces with the onion and tomatoes and then grill them in the oven for about 40 minutes and then serve them over the cabbage with the nuts.
